Creative Ways to Use It
- Matcha latte — whisk a teaspoon into warm oat or almond milk for a naturally sweetened matcha latte. No sugar needed, no bitterness — just smooth, earthy warmth in a cup.
- Swirled into yoghurt — stir through thick Greek yoghurt and top with granola and a few raspberries. The matcha cuts through the creaminess beautifully.
- Porridge topping — drizzle over hot porridge just before serving. Finish with toasted coconut flakes and sliced banana for a bowl that feels genuinely special.
- Smoothie boost — blend with frozen mango, spinach, oat milk, and a spoonful of this honey. Naturally energising and far better than anything from a bottle.
- On warm toast — spread thickly on sourdough or brioche straight from the toaster. Simple, elegant, and surprisingly addictive.
- Overnight oats — stir into your oat base before refrigerating. By morning the matcha has soaked through and the whole thing tastes like a green tea dessert.
- Straight from the spoon — a teaspoon as a gentle afternoon pick-me-up. The natural caffeine from matcha and the slow sugars from honey make a clean, calm energy combination.
