Where we ship We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
Processing time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
Delivery times Once dispatched, please allow:
- Standard delivery: 2–4 business days
- Express delivery: 1–2 business days (if offered at checkout)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods such as Christmas or bank holidays.
Shipping rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and selected delivery method.
Packaging All honey jars are carefully packaged to prevent breakage in transit. We use protective materials to ensure your order arrives safely.
Tracking Where available, a tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
Failed deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, your parcel may be held at a local depot or returned to us. Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders lost due to an incorrect address being provided.
Damaged in transit If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
