Creative Ways to Use It
- Swirled into yoghurt - stir through thick Greek yoghurt and top with crushed hazelnuts or raspberries. The bittersweet cacao ribbons through the cream beautifully.
- Overnight oats - mix into your oat base before refrigerating. Wake up to a rich, chocolatey bowl that needs nothing else.
- Hot cacao drink - dissolve a generous spoonful into warm (not boiling) milk for a naturally sweetened hot chocolate that's worlds apart from the powdered stuff.
- Drizzled over pancakes or waffles - forget maple syrup. This is richer, more complex, and far more interesting. Add sliced banana and you're done.
- Stirred into porridge - add mid-cook for a warming, chocolatey bowl. Finish with a sprinkle of cacao nibs for texture.
