What's Inside
Blackcurrants are one of the richest natural sources of Vitamin C — containing up to four times more than oranges — alongside Vitamin E, Vitamin K, B vitamins (B1, B5, B6), and powerful antioxidants including anthocyanins. Blueberries bring Vitamin C, Vitamin K, Vitamin E, and manganese, plus some of the highest antioxidant levels of any fruit. Together with raw honey's natural enzymes and flavonoids, this jar is as nourishing as it is delicious.
Creative Ways to Use It
- Swirled into yoghurt — stir through thick Greek yoghurt and watch it bloom into a stunning purple swirl. Top with fresh blueberries and a sprinkle of granola for a breakfast worth photographing.
- On toast — spread generously on warm sourdough, seeded bread, or toasted brioche. Add a smear of ricotta or cream cheese underneath and you've elevated your morning in under two minutes.
- Overnight oats — mix into your oat base before refrigerating. The berry honey soaks in overnight and turns the whole bowl a gorgeous shade of purple by morning.
- Porridge topping — drizzle over hot porridge and let it melt in. Finish with a handful of fresh blueberries and a few blackcurrants if you have them.
- Chia pudding — stir through a chia pudding base and refrigerate overnight. The colour is extraordinary — deep violet with a naturally sweet berry flavour throughout.
